Home Explosion
A home in New Jersey was destroyed by an explosion when the gas line to an attic furnace was penetrated, the result of solar panels improperly installed. Upon receipt of our report the matter was settled with our client prevailing.
Failed Condominium Development
A condominium developer built a 7 story luxury condominium in the heart of Miami, FL and pre-sold the units prior to construction. Upon “Completion,” many of the owners discovered defects and other issues that were not in keeping with developers' implied and express warranties.
