I am available to help plaintiff and defense attorneys and insurance companies as an expert witness in cases involving luxury residential construction. I pride myself on my ability to make complex construction issues easy for lay people to understand.  I am extremely responsive, easy to work with, and can often work on tight time deadlines if necessary. 

Addressing issues such as construction defects and delays, personal injury, product liability, breach of contract, building code compliance, industry standards, scheduling delays, workmanship, etc., I provide site inspections, installation/construction analysis, expert reports, and deposition and trial/arbitration testimony.
